A plan releases the documents
With a plan, your documents leave complete: cross-sections, cable lengths, protective devices and dimensions are readable. Without one, the same documents carry masked areas over these figures.
Bound to the property address
A single unlock covers one building. The confirmed address appears in the dossier and fixes the site for the PV calculation at the same time.
These rules apply once the plans start on 1 November 2026. Until then you export in early access without masked areas and without plan limits, and as an early starter also for the whole of November.
Early starters: register before 1 November and use Pro free for the whole of November
Paid plans start on 1 November 2026. What counts is registering before 1 November, 00:00 Belgian time. You then use Pro for the whole of November with all features, without payment details and without an order. From 1 December your account continues as “Try Pro”; your projects stay, and you order Pro when you need it. Until the start you plan and export at no cost.
Price guarantee: your Pro price of €24 per month no VAT (€240 per year) stays the same for as long as the subscription runs without a break. After cancelling, a new subscription is charged at the price valid at that time.

Even after the plans start, costs only arise once you book explicitly. Registering, signing in and an invitation into an organisation are not a booking.

You plan with the full Pro editor, with no project and no circuit limit, on your own and without payment details. From the start of the plans, exports carry masked areas, the AI allowance is enough to try it out and the version history covers the last 7 days. Single property or Pro unlock read-only access and QR archiving.
You get the same documents, but the usable figures are covered: cross-sections, cable lengths, protective devices, dimensions and yield figures. That shows your planning is complete. For installation or inspection, the version without masked areas that a plan releases serves as the dossier.
PlanElec Sketch is a separate, free tool for the single-line diagram: in your browser, without an account, with PDF export without a watermark and import of Trikker files. The free PDF carries the line “Drawn with PlanElec Sketch”. Pro plans the whole project with floor plan, distribution board, PV and dossier and releases your documents according to your plan. Whatever you draw in Sketch can become a Pro project at any time in one click; nothing has to be redrawn.
A seat belongs to one person who creates and changes projects. 3 seats are included in the base price, each further seat costs €5 per month. Anyone who only reads or picks up finished documents does not need a seat: read-only access is free.
One building. At purchase you confirm the property address. It appears in the dossier and fixes the site for the PV calculation at the same time. Another building needs another unlock. From receipt of payment you edit the project for 12 months. After that it stays readable, and you can still export the project as it stands without masked areas and without a time limit. Buying again extends editing by another 12 months. After purchase, only support can change the address.
No VAT is charged: PlanElec uses the small business exemption scheme. The amounts shown are final prices for businesses and private customers alike.
At the start your projects stay as they are: reading and editing remain possible; without a plan, new exports carry masked areas. There is no automatic switch and no retroactive charging.
