All details reflect what the providers state on their websites on 20 October 2026; we re-checked Voltuno, Eendraadschema app, 1draad, Condui, Amperio and Trikker on 26 October 2026. We did not test the tools ourselves. Marketing claims are in quotation marks. We did not create any accounts and bought nothing. Prices change. The current price is always on the provider’s website, which we link for each tool.

How we compared
We included tools that produce a single-line diagram for Belgian homes and have a Belgian website. For each tool, we read the pricing page, the home page and, where needed, the language versions. We checked amounts on the pricing page and, where the provider also states them elsewhere, compared them with that page. We did not use providers’ comparison pages about other tools as a source, only as a check.
We do not assess the quality of the diagrams or their compliance. The “AREI/RGIE help” column shows what the provider itself promises. Whether a check is complete, you can only find out in the tool itself.
1. Voltuno
According to its website, Voltuno is a web app for single-line diagram and situation plan that also works offline. For free, you make one diagram up to 8 circuits and one situation plan for one floor, with a PDF without watermark. According to the home page, you can start without an account.

PlanElec Sketch and PlanElec Pro (our own products)
PlanElec Sketch is our free web tool for the single-line diagram, without watermark and without a limit on circuits, symbols, pages and drawings. The free PDF carries the line “Drawn with PlanElec Sketch”. The situation plan has floors, and the PDF comes in A4 or A3. You can open Trikker files. Drawing works without an account. With a free PlanElec account, your drawing is stored in the cloud, and the PDF of a saved drawing gets a QR code to check the version.
PlanElec Pro connects floor plan, circuits, distribution board, single-line diagram and situation plan in one project in the browser, with an AI assistant, recognition of floor plans from PDF or scan, and an AREI/RGIE self-check of the supported rules. From the start of the paid plans on 1 November 2026, these apply: Try Pro at EUR 0, single property at EUR 12 per property (one-off), and Pro at EUR 24 per month or EUR 240 per year with three seats. Each extra seat costs EUR 5 per month or EUR 50 per year. All prices are final prices; PlanElec charges no VAT (small business exemption scheme). The price stays for as long as your subscription runs without interruption. Until 31 October 2026, use costs nothing; anyone who registers before 1 November uses Pro free of charge for the whole of November. You can take a Sketch drawing over into Pro, without the situation plan.
The approved inspection body carries out the inspection itself. The PlanElec self-check does not replace it either.

Frequently asked questions
Is a free single-line diagram valid for the inspection?
The approved inspection body assesses the installation and whether the diagrams match it. Which software drew the diagram does not decide that. Do watch the limits of the free versions: a watermark, a circuit limit or a PDF that is only available for payment.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
That differs per provider. Voltuno, 1draad, Amperio and Trikker state prices excluding VAT, Eendraadschema app including VAT. PlanElec charges no VAT (small business exemption scheme); its amounts are final prices. PlanElektra and Condui do not state it on their pricing page. For a fair comparison, you convert everything to the same basis.
Which tools also make the situation plan?
Nine of the ten tools also make a situation plan or situation diagram next to the single-line diagram. Atlas Contrôle does not. There you add the plan separately.
Which other tools are there?
Besides the ten tools in this comparison, Belgium also has Schematicals, SUPLAN, As Built Plan, ElectriCAD, Volter, Sparki and Sparkling, among others. They also meet the criteria in “How we compared”; for this version we limited ourselves to ten tools, and the selection says nothing about quality.
